 CityMuse.org is a non-profit corporation based in Long Beach, California, dedicated to providing elementary school children with access to after-school music education and instruction. CityMuse believes music education should be an integral part of every child’s development into an intelligent, well-rounded, productive adult, and that access and opportunity to music education should not be limited by economic or social barriers. |
Why Music Education?
Studies have shown that music education makes kids smarter. And better citizens. And less likely to drop out of school.
